作為防止窗口感染擴大的對策,設置了丙烯分區和酒精消毒液。

Currently, the Izumi Multicultural Corner is dealing with some changes in its operations.

隨著橫濱市多文化共生綜合諮詢中心於2019年8月1日開設,以加強中心與橫濱市內國際交流休息室的合作為目的,為了應對遠程諮詢,各休息室都出藉了平板電腦。
多文化共生角自不必說,在各窗口也可以用於幫助不擅長日語的外國人辦理手續。

・通過語音翻譯應用進行多語言翻譯

With the opening of the Yokohama Multicultural Center on August 1, 2019, tablets were lent to each lounge for remote consultation in order to strengthen the relationship between the center and the international lounges in Yokohama.
It will be used to help foreign nationals who are not good at Japanese with procedures at each counter as well as the Multicultural Community Corner.

・Multilingual translation by voice translation application

在泉區政府內進行華語生活諮詢,印度支那難民定居者·越南語生活諮詢。
※柬埔寨語和老撾語是電話翻譯。

可以獲得關於橫濱市內的“多文化共生城市建設”、“人才培養、市民活動的支援”、“國際合作的推進”、“國際交流資訊提供”的資訊。

We provide Chinese language living consultation and Indochinese refugee and Vietnamese language living consultation services in Izumi Ward Office.
※ Cambodian and Laotian languages will be interpreted over the phone.
